Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for managing IT assets? We are looking for an **IT Asset Manager** to join our team and provide onsite support to a key client in Amsterdam. In this role, you’ll oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and contribute to optimizing asset management processes.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leveraging your expertise in IT Asset Management and relationship-building skills to make a meaningful impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the acquisition, deployment, tracking, and decommissioning of IT assets in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on asset utilization, activity forecasts, and return-on-investment analyses.
- Supervise the asset return process, including e-waste disposal, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and environmental responsibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction with asset management services.
- Partner with property managers and third-party vendors for asset collection and disposal processes.
- Ensure all asset management activities align with organizational procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to team initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve asset management processes and enhance operational efficiency.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven track record in IT Asset Management or related roles, with hands-on experience managing the full asset lifecycle.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing tools (e.g., **ServiceNow**, **Remedy**) and asset management platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for various audiences.
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and proactive problem-solving capabilities.

Pay: €4.500,00 per month

- Associate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- AM logistics: 2 years (preferred)
