**Overview**:
As a Freelance Data & AI Educator, you will assist the Data & AI Expert in delivering specialized educational programs and workshops to clients. This role involves providing guidance on AI strategy, data governance, and ethical AI practices, empowering clients to independently implement AI solutions. You will be engaged on a project basis, supporting clients in specific areas as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement & AI Roadmaps**
- Support in conducting AI discovery workshops and assessments to help clients identify AI opportunities.
- Guide clients in understanding AI maturity models and assist in developing roadmaps tailored to their specific business impact and compliance requirements, including the EU AI Act.
- Educate clients on translating their business challenges into scalable AI frameworks using generative AI, LLMs, and data analytics, enabling them to implement solutions independently.

**AI Solutions & Learning Delivery**
- Provide strategic advice on ethical AI use, data privacy, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on guiding clients through the nuances of the EU AI Act.

**Data Strategy, Ethics & Privacy**
- Counsel clients on developing robust data strategies, with an emphasis on data governance, ethics, and privacy.
- Integrate educational content on core data tasks such as business analytics, visualization, and data storytelling to help clients derive actionable insights.
- Assist clients in crafting ethical AI frameworks that address concerns related to bias, fairness, and transparency.

**Collaboration & Flexibility**
- Work closely with the Data & AI Expert and other team members to deliver cohesive learning experiences.
- Engage with clients on a project basis, adapting to the specific needs and requirements of each engagement.
- Remain updated on the latest advancements in AI and data strategy, sharing insights with clients and the internal team.

- Proven experience in data science, AI, or business analytics, with a focus on generative AI and LLMs.
- Strong knowledge of AI platforms and tools such as OpenAI, Claude, and Copilot.
- Expertise in data visualization, storytelling, and AI ethics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and flexibly on a project basis, supporting clients with varying needs.
