We have an exciting opportunity for a pro-active and energetic **Analyst **to join our **ING Corporate Investments **(ING CI) team in **Amsterdam, the Netherlands**. ING CI is responsible for all **mezzanine debt, **equity** and sustainable investments **within** **ING. We are active across a broad range of sectors and geographies, and we invest in various stages, from early-stage to mature companies. **Responsibilities**

In this position you will play a key role in the structuring and execution of complex equity investments and mezzanine debt transactions. Your deliverables in the role will be:

- Assessing investment opportunities including (i) evaluation of business models and financial statements, (ii) financial modelling and forecasting, (iii) writing debt / investment proposals and (iv) coordinating internal and external parts of the deal process;
- Supporting senior team members in transaction origination and execution;
- From day one frequent contact with (prospective) clients, external advisors (e.g. corporate finance/debt advisors, lawyers, consultants) and co-investors as part of transaction execution and portfolio management;
- Preparing pitches and presentations, market analyses, financial analyses, internal reporting, shareholder meetings, etc.;
- Collaborating with other ING teams, such as Corporate Finance and Sector teams, to create integrated client solutions
