ING Corporate Investments (ING CI) is the principal investments business of ING Wholesale Banking (ING WB), providing tailored financing and investment solutions to companies globally across multiple strategies including Equity Investments, Sustainable Investments, and Mezzanine financing.

We have a strong ambition to grow, with a mandate to triple Assets under Management in the coming years. We are strengthening our global franchise by adding origination and execution capacity to our existing teams in the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain and setting up new origination teams in key growth markets like Americas and APAC.

For its Mezzanine team, ING CI is hiring a Director in Amsterdam. As Director in our Mezzanine team you will play a key role in growing the EMEA mezzanine franchise. You will be responsible for originating mezzanine transactions and other forms of junior and subordinated debt financing.

In this role you will work closely with ING WB’s sector coverage teams to provide integrated capital solutions to key clients and prospects of ING WB. As one of the EMEA directors in our team you will take responsible for coverage of one or more sectors or countries, depending on your experience and preference. You are expected to integrate ING CI’s Mezzanine product into ING WB’s client, enabling ING WB to build deeper client relationships and use ING CI’s expertise and balance sheet solutions to solve complex financing challenges for our clients’ C-suite.
