Together with DevOps data engineers, BI DevOps engineers, and data scientists, you shape the future of the R &D data analytics. You r solutions delight R&D business with top - notch and fully automated dashboards and reports that allow for self-service business intelligence for its users.

**This is what you will do as **Data Analytics Tech Lead **at NXP**

In collaboration with the rest of the hardware design analytics team, you will drive the innovation of the solutions that make up the R&D data analytics products. There is a lot of room for innovative ideas, and through collaboration you achieve your goals.
- You w ork with solution/systems architects, tech leads of other teams, stakeholders and the team members on design decisions and interfaces with other solutions.
- You c reate and maintain solution designs for the various products that the team is responsible for.
- You c ontinuously monitor if products are developed in accordance to approved specifications of the solution design and take necessary steps if required.
- You coach & mentor other team members and students through co-development, workshops, and 1-on-1 sessions.
- You continuously make sure the team improves the code base and CI/CD pipelines for the various solutions and keeps the amount of technical debt to a minimum.
- You advis e the R&D IT organization about artificial intelligence, data science, d ata analysis, data lakes, data v isualization & reporting solutions.

**Typically **you **

You can describe yourself as follows:

- Minimum qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Data Science, Sof t ware Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 10 + years of working experience in a relevant technical/IT role. O f which at least 3 years as a tech lead and/or solution architect in a data domain.
- Very experienced in designing and developing cloud-based (serverless) solutions.
- A magician in writing SQL queries, python code and regex.
- Very experienced in designing and creating visually appealing reports and dashboards.
- A broad understanding of data science, including machine learning, deep learning & Generative AI.
- Passionate about automation, IaC, DevOps, MLOps, and CI/CD.
- Solution-oriented, hands-on, communicative, c ustomer-centric team player.
- Valuing the importance of working together with others to be successful as a team and as part of a larger organization.

Contract : This is a full-time position with a permanent contract. However, we are open to discuss a part-time opportunity (between 32 and 38 hours) as well.
