About The Role Ranpak is looking for a Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize all inbound, outbound, and storage operations within our facility. This role is key in ensuring compliance with international logistics regulations and maintaining smooth collaboration with transport providers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders. The Logistics Manager will lead a team, drive process improvements, and play a crucial role in supporting Ranpak’s growing international operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the full logistics cycle, including transport, warehousing, import, and export processes. Ensure customs compliance and proper handling of import/export documentation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including customs brokers and logistics providers. Optimize logistics workflows and SAP system usage. Lead and develop a team consisting of two direct reports (Warehouse and Expedition Supervisors). Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including transport budget adherence, supplier reliability, invoice accuracy, inventory accuracy, and on-time in-full deliveries. Maintain close alignment with international branches, including locations in the Czech Republic and the United States.Your Profile Must-have Qualifications Bachelor's degree level thinking Extensive experience in international logistics, preferably within a publicly traded company. Strong knowledge of customs processes, including import/export clearance and compliance. Experience with warehousing, inbound/outbound logistics, and transport management. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Hands-on, pragmatic, service-oriented, and a strong team player. Experience with SAP 4HANA is a significant advantage. Familiarity with trade compliance regulations.Preferred Qualifications Experience in discrete manufacturing (handling units, pallets, LTL/FTL logistics). Background in managing international logistics operations and alignment with global sites. Previous leadership experience in managing teams.
