AsFloor Manageryou will be on the floor supervising the restaurant, communicating closely with the floor and kitchen team and serving drinks and food to guests. You will support the Restaurant Manager in training, developing and nurturing the team. You always create genuine connections with the members to deliver the home away from home experience.What We Are Looking For ...Previous experience in a similar management roleTeam player who communicates well with all colleaguesHave time management, organisation and admin skillsFlexible and able to work evenings and weekendsResilient and capable of managing stressful situationsMust have a passion for food and beverage and guest satisfactionBenefits ...Soho House offers competitive compensation packages that feature global benefits and perks.
