About the role
An experienced HR professional role focused on managing and resolving employee relations matters across a broad range of workplace topics. This position serves as a trusted point of contact for employees, people leaders, and HR colleagues, providing expert guidance on policies, performance, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and employee relations issues.
- Handle grievance cases, disciplinary actions, and early-stage performance concerns with a fair and compliant approach.
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions within required timelines.
- Partner with HR peers to ensure consistency in employee relations practices and process alignment.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while fostering a positive employee experience.
- Promote self-service tools and educate employees on available HR resources.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and local employment regulations.
Profile Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Law, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in HR or employee relations.
- Strong understanding of Dutch labour law and HR functional areas (compensation, benefits, HRIS, workforce data, HR partnering, etc.).
- Excellent communication in Dutch and English, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
