As we gear up for rapid growth, we're looking for a hands-on
Production
Manager
with a strong engineering mindset and deep experience in
manufacturing precision sensor-based equipment
. In this pivotal role, you'll combine strategic leadership with operational execution — overseeing end-to-end production of a diverse product portfolio that spans wireless sensors, electronics, telecommunications devices, and hydraulic systems.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale the production capabilities of a high-impact company that's redefining industrial monitoring through technology.


Your Mission

  • Lead and continuously improve the manufacturing processes for high-precision sensors and associated hardware.
  • Manage a compact yet agile production team (currently based in Paris), and coordinate cross-functional supply chain activities.
  • Own supplier relationships — from contract negotiation to performance management — ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with electronics and hardware teams to enhance product performance and design for manufacturability (DFM).
  • Ensure full compliance with technical specifications, industry regulations, and customer expectations.
  • Drive quality assurance, lead corrective actions, and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support new product industrialization and introduction initiatives.
  • Travel occasionally across Europe (~5–10 trips per year) to engage with suppliers and partners.


What You Bring

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Applied Engineering (or equivalent hands-on expertise).
  • 5+ years of experience in the production of sensors or a blend of mechanical and electronic components.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary product lines — ideally in high-regulation industries such as energy, aerospace, or MedTech.
  • Strong track record in supplier management and contract negotiation.
  • A solid grasp of electronics integration and hardware performance.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or Dutch is a strong plus.
  • A hands-on, solution-oriented approach with a passion for driving impact.
