The Role

The Treasury Manager will lead and execute the global treasury strategy. The scope includes liquidity efficiency, FX risk management, cashflow forecasting, intercompany funding structures, and leading a high‑performing treasury team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for the following:


• Lead global cash management operations and optimize treasury policies.


• Set up intercompany funding structures and manage banking relationships.


• Ensure liquidity and optimize cost of capital for business growth.


• Develop cashflow forecasting models and execute funding strategies.


• Improve capital efficiency by balancing inflows vs. outflows (DPO vs. DSO).


• Develop FX risk mitigation strategies and implement compliance controls.


• Build and lead a high‑performing treasury team with a strong performance culture.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will have:


• 3+ years of experience in Global Treasury or Group Treasurer role.


• Experience in marketplaces, fintech or cross‑border businesses.


• Expertise in financial modelling, cash flow forecasting, and risk assessment.


• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.


• Experience with FX exposure strategies and transfer pricing models.
