Managing Director Europe
, you'll lead a 200-person organisation with production sites in the Netherlands and the UK, generating
€60-65 million revenue
within a
PE-owned, US-headquartered group.

Your mission: strengthen commercial performance, connect people and operations, and shape a European organisation that delivers both profit and pride.

You'll report directly to the US President & COO, work closely with the global leadership team and lead a European organisation of around 200 people across the Netherlands and the UK.

Together with your team, you'll define what "winning in Europe" looks like — and then make it happen.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Strategy & Direction

You'll set the strategic course for Pregis Europe, aligning with the global vision while defining what success looks like locally.

You'll translate ambition into actionable plans, balancing growth, efficiency and innovation.

Commercial Leadership

You'll own the European P&L and lead the commercial rebuild following a leadership transition.

You'll bring sharper customer focus, restore momentum in key accounts, and strengthen relationships across industrial, e-commerce and packaging segments.

Operational & Financial Performance

You'll ensure operational discipline through the
Pregis Production System
, driving reliability, scalability and cost-effectiveness.

You'll build transparency in reporting, strengthen KPI ownership and deliver steady margin improvement.

People & Culture

You'll lead a capable team across Operations, Commercial, Engineering, HR, Finance and Supply Chain.

Your style: transparent, low-ego, and focused on clarity and accountability.

You'll foster collaboration between European sites and US headquarters, and create a culture where people feel trusted, connected and proud of their work.

Your background likely includes:

• 10–15+ years in senior leadership within manufacturing, industrial or packaging environments, ideally in a US-based or private-equity-owned company.
• Proven success managing full P&L responsibility for a €50M+ organisation.
• A track record in commercial turnaround, integration and growth across multiple European markets.
• Experience leading operations, supply chain and sales in a matrix setup.
• Strong financial and strategic acumen — you read the story behind the numbers.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, German or French is a plus.
• Based within reach of Eindhoven, with regular travel across Europe and to the US.
