As a Customer Technology Advisor (CTA) for Cloud, Data & AI, you will help leading organizations across the BeNeLux region imagine, design, and realize their next chapter of digital transformation.

You'll act as a bridge between technology and business outcomes, working with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to build solutions that are not only technically sound, but meaningful to people and sustainable for the future.

You'll be part of our Consult practice, collaborating closely with Consult Partners, Customer Partners, and Account Teams. Your mission: guide customers with clarity and confidence, shape cloud and AI strategies that deliver measurable value, and become the trusted advisor that both our clients and our own teams turn to.

Kyndryl Consult brings together our strategic advisors, architects, and industry experts who help clients accelerate transformation through data, cloud, and AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead meaningful conversations with senior business and technology leaders to uncover goals, challenges, and opportunities.

• Shape cloud and AI strategies that help customers modernize, automate, and innovate securely and at scale.

• Design and present integrated solutions—covering cloud migration, data modernization, and AI adoption—that connect vision with execution.

• Co-create proposals and proofs of concept that demonstrate ROI, resilience, and long-term value.

• Collaborate across practices (Security, Data & AI, Apps, Core Enterprise) to ensure end-to-end solution quality.

• Support bids and technical defenses, translating complex architectures into clear, business-ready propositions.

• Represent Kyndryl externally, sharing insights at industry events and building networks that strengthen our market presence.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, or consulting, ideally within large system integrators or technology consultancies.

• Proven record of designing and winning complex cloud or AI-based transformation deals.

• Expertise in Azure, AWS, or GCP architectures, and a strong understanding of Data & AI services (DataOps, MLOps, GenAI, analytics).

• Ability to connect technical solutions with business impact—you speak both languages fluently.

• Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders with credibility and empathy.

• Solid grasp of commercial structures, pricing, and risk management in managed-services environments.

• Recognized certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Professional Architect, or GCP Professional Architect are a plus.

• Full professional proficiency in English and Dutch or Flemish; French is an advantage.

• Candidates must be based in the Netherlands or Belgium with existing work authorization.
