Job Purpose And Overview
As Talent Acquisition Manager EU & AMEAP at Dawn Foods, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving recruitment strategies across the region. Reporting to the Director People Centre of Excellence and part of the EU & AMEAP People Team, this role contributes directly to the growth and development of our business by ensuring we attract top talent aligned with our values. You will collaborate closely with People Business Partners to deliver a seamless and effective hiring process across the region. You are hands-on responsible for full cycle recruitment of central and senior-level functions. This individual contributor position offers the opportunity to influence the future of our workforce while maintaining strong operational involvement.
What will you do as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Dawn Foods?
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the business needs of the EU & AMEAP region
- Drive consistency and optimization of recruitment processes across multiple European locations
- Partner with local People Business Partners and Hiring Managers to anticipate and address hiring demands
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent
- Leverage a variety of sourcing channels including Linkedin Recruiter, job boards and social media
- Maintain vendor relationships and oversee recruitment agency performance
- Utilize recruitment metrics to report on hiring efficiency and support ongoing process improvement
- Ensure compliance with regional employment regulations and drive DE&I recruitment practices

Furthermore, You Recognize Yourself In The Following Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record in leading a talent acquisition function or team, including international recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, including direct search, recruitment marketing and candidate assessment
- Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using recruitment platforms and interpreting recruitment metrics
