HR Country Partner - Netherlands

Are you a dynamic HR professional ready to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a Country HR Partner – Netherlands to join our BeNeLux division. As we continue our transition to a matrix HR operating model and modernise HR operations, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping people strategies, driving continuous improvement, and partnering with business leaders across functions and regions. Supporting a workforce of fewer than 200 employees in the Netherlands. You will provide both strategic guidance and hands-on HR support across a diverse and dynamic employee base.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with local leadership to embed HR strategies that align with ongoing business transformation and organisational priorities.
• Manage complex employee relations matters with confidence, ensuring compliance with Dutch labour laws, effective engagement with works councils and unions, and adherence to collective bargaining agreements.
• Support leaders across the business by offering coaching and partnering with Centres of Expertise to drive performance, enhance engagement, and support talent development initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Play a key role in transitioning to a modern HR operating model, streamlining operational activities, and promoting the adoption of digital HR tools to elevate employee experience.
• Drive performance management, succession planning, and learning programs that reinforce a culture of accountability, development, and high performance.
• Equip managers with the tools, coaching, and insights they need to build strong, effective teams and develop their leadership capability.
• Use data from HR platforms such as Workday and Dovetail to generate actionable insights, track progress, and support evidence-based HR decisions.
• Take a leading role in cross-functional and regional HR initiatives that deliver innovation, alignment, and continuous improvement across the HR function.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's Degree required; master's degree or equivalent HR qualifications preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years' progressive HR experience with a strong understanding of local employment law, HR disciplines and employment relations profile.
• Fluency in English and the local language (written and verbal).
• This role is based in the Netherlands, offering flexibility to work from our Reitscheweg office. Occasional travel to our Belgium office and clinic locations in the Netherlands will be required.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A change champion with a passion for process improvement and employee experience.
