Your role 

In this challenging role of Junior HR Business Partner, you will be part of the BeNe HR team. You deliver operational HR support for the Malmberg and ICE managers and employees within the Sanoma learning BeNe organization. The responsibility areas vary from guiding the managers in the annual HR clock processes, like end2end performance management and compensation review, supporting managers and employees on HR matters and coordinating local HR projects on people themes like onboarding and wellbeing. Malmberg applies the value "Personal and close by", which you will notice in your day to day work.

Your key areas of responsibility 

• You support in driving the people management agenda and support managers in processes like Goal setting, Performance Management, Salary reviews and Engagement survey outcome deep dives; 
• You act as the go to person for managers on HR Matters and support them in individual exits and sick leave cases; 
• You collaborate with HR Operations in order to update and manage data in HR systems like Workday, Ask HR and HR Portal; 
• You contribute to the deployment of people processes and policies; 
• Together with your fellow HRBPs you collaborate with HR Centers of expertise to ensure the business requirements and interests are known and embedded in new policies and processes and are compliant to the local law; 
• You will report into the HR Director BeNe & Nordics. 

What do we expect from you in this role? 

• Relevant bachelor's or master's degree  
• 2-3 years of experience in the HR Business partnering domain, preferably in a complex and corporate organization and within a transformational context; 
• You are able to translate organizational targets, challenges and needs into concrete HR related actions;  
• You are hands on and result driven with a people mindset; 
• You can work independently and know how to prioritize; 
• You can plan and organize your work and are eager to learn  
• Knowledge of and experience with Workday is a preference; 
• Excellent Dutch and English speaking and writing skills.

Jouw rol

In deze uitdagende rol van Junior HR Business Partner maak je deel uit van het BeNe HR-team. Je levert operationele HR-ondersteuning aan de managers en medewerkers van Malmberg en ICE binnen de Sanoma Learning BeNe-organisatie. Je verantwoordelijkheden variëren van het begeleiden van managers bij de jaarlijkse HR-processen, zoals end-to-end performance management en beloningsrondes, tot het ondersteunen bij HR-gerelateerde vraagstukken en het coördineren van lokale HR-projecten op thema's zoals onboarding en welzijn. Malmberg hanteert de waarde "Persoonlijk en dichtbij", wat je zult ervaren in je dagelijkse werk.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Je ondersteunt bij het aansturen van de people management agenda en begeleidt managers bij processen zoals doelstellingen, performance management, salarisrondes en het analyseren van de resultaten van het medewerkerstevredenheidsonderzoek;
• Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor managers bij HR-gerelateerde zaken en ondersteunt hen bij individuele uitstroom en verzuimcases;
• Je werkt samen met HR Operations om gegevens bij te werken en te beheren in HR-systemen zoals Workday, Ask HR en het HR-portaal;
• Je draagt bij aan de uitvoering van HR-processen en -beleid;
• Samen met je collega HR Business Partners werk je samen met HR Centers of Expertise om ervoor te zorgen dat de behoeften van de organisatie worden meegenomen in nieuw beleid en processen, en dat deze voldoen aan de lokale wetgeving;
• Je rapporteert aan de HR Director BeNe & Nordics.

Wat verwachten wij van jou in deze rol?

• Relevante bachelor- of masteropleiding;
• 2-3 jaar ervaring als HR Business Partner, bij voorkeur in een complexe en corporate organisatie en in een veranderingscontext;
• Je kunt organisatiedoelen, uitdagingen en behoeften vertalen naar concrete HR-acties;
• Je bent hands-on, resultaatgericht en hebt een people mindset;
• Je kunt zelfstandig werken en weet goed te prioriteren;
• Je kunt goed plannen en organiseren en bent leergierig;
• Kennis van en ervaring met Workday is een pré;
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
