Your mission:

  • Aggressively grow a pipeline within major AEC and infrastructure markets by building trust with senior decision-makers who demand next-level intelligence.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and demoing disruptive tech to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Leverage a powerful network to open doors, build alliances, and influence C-suite stakeholders balancing risk, cost, and project timelines.
  • Travel strategically across key European hubs, commanding presence and driving deal velocity in a highly consultative sales environment.

  • Deeply experienced in high-stakes B2B sales within engineering, consulting, or infrastructure domains you know the players, the pain points, and the complex buying cycles.

  • Exceptionally skilled at translating technical complexity into compelling business value for diverse stakeholders.
  • A strategic thinker with a proven track record of consistently closing large, multi-year enterprise contracts.
  • Ideally you'll be based in the Netherlands, UK, France or Germany as a base.
