We are looking for a
strategic, data-driven, and creative Head of Marketing
to lead our
B2B marketing
efforts from our headquarters in
Eindhoven, Netherlands
. This role is ideal for a senior marketing leader who thrives in high-impact environments and wants to shape brand presence, drive growth, and build world-class marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Collaborate with business development, product, and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to shape positioning and messaging

Corporate Communications

  • Oversee internal and external communications strategy, including media relations, thought leadership, and stakeholder messaging
  • Ensure consistency and clarity in corporate narrative across all platforms
  • Act as brand guardian for all communications, both local and international

Brand Development

  • Define and evolve the company's brand identity, ensuring alignment across regions and business units
  • Lead brand positioning initiatives that support long-term value creation and reputation management

Event & Field Marketing

  • Plan and oversee participation in industry events, trade shows, conferences, and field marketing campaigns
  • Manage event strategy to generate high-quality leads and increase brand visibility in key markets
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure alignment between event presence and pipeline goals

Business Development Support

  • Create high-impact campaigns to support business development and customer acquisition
  • Work closely with commercial teams to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates
  • Design integrated marketing programs that nurture long sales cycles typical of B2B markets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in international B2B environments
  • Proven track record in corporate communications, brand development, and demand generation
  • Strong understanding of field marketing, lead nurturing, and complex customer journeys
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
  • Leadership presence, strategic thinking, and ability to influence at all levels of the organization
