Bij Unilabs zetten we ons elke dag in voor betrouwbare diagnostiek - van bloedafname tot laboratoriumonderzoek - zodat patiënten en hun dierbaren kunnen rekenen op snelle, zorgvuldige en zinvolle uitslagen. De ruim 600 medewerkers van onze Retail-afdeling verzorgen bloedafnames op prikposten, in zorginstellingen en bij mensen thuis. Binnen deze dynamische omgeving zoeken we iemand die het overzicht bewaart, verbanden ziet en op basis van data-analyse de koers uitzet: een Performance Lead.

Wat je gaat doen

Als Performance Lead zorg jij dat onze planningsteams hun werk kunnen doen op basis van feiten en inzicht. Je analyseert data over beschikbare personele capaciteit, vraag en productie van onze prikposten en huisbezoeken. Op basis daarvan ontwikkel je slimme rapportages en scenario's die helpen om onze zorglogistiek soepel te laten draaien.

Je:

  • Ontwikkelt en beheert een betrouwbaar strategisch personeel capaciteitsplan;
  • Adviseert directie en management op het gebied van capaciteitsmanagement;
  • Vertaalt data naar duidelijke inzichten en forecasts voor de toekomst;
  • Bouwt en onderhoudt dashboards (Power BI) samen met onze dataspecialisten;
  • Maakt planningsscenario's voor beleidskeuzes;
  • Adviseert de Manager Planning, Teamleiders Planning, Head of Retail en andere stakeholders;
  • Denkt mee over efficiëntere processen en het verbeteren van onze dienstverlening.

Kortom: jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen data, planning en beleid, iemand die cijfers laat spreken én collega's daarin meeneemt.

Requirements

  • Een relevante afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding waarin data-analyse een belangrijk onderdeel is. Bijvoorbeeld Technische bedrijfskunde, Econometrie, Wiskunde of Supply Chain Management.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met capaciteitsplanning en/of data-analyse.
  • Kennis van BI-tools (zoals Power BI) en eventueel SQL of rapportagemodules.
  • Affiniteit met de zorg en inzicht in de Arbeidstijdenwet en CAO Ziekenhuizen.
  • Tact, overtuigingskracht en een flinke dosis initiatief.

Je bent analytisch sterk, maar ook iemand die het gesprek aangaat. Je weet complexe inzichten simpel uit te leggen, creëert draagvlak en hebt plezier in samenwerken.
