The role
The Digital Media Performance Manager leads the strategy, planning, optimization, and performance of Zeekr's paid media across Europe. The role drives measurable business outcomes—awareness, traffic, and qualified leads—while reinforcing Zeekr's premium brand position in the luxury automotive segment. You will own Paid Media performance across markets, partner with our media agency to execute campaigns at scale, and ensure all investments support Zeekr's commercial priorities in a rapidly expanding multi-market structure.
This is what you will do:
Paid Media Strategy & Planning
· Develop and steer paid media strategies across digital and traditional channels, executed in partnership with our media agency.
· Align media plans with brand campaigns, regional priorities, and retail initiatives to maintain consistent premium brand presence across all markets.
· Translate market priorities into clear media plans with defined audiences, channel mix, and KPIs focused on ROI, conversion, and CPL efficiency.
· Act as the primary connection between HQ and local markets to ensure alignment, clarity, and smooth execution.
· Consolidate and challenge local inputs to maintain strategic coherence across Europe.
· Partner with Brand, CRM, Web and Retail teams to ensure integrated planning and message consistency.
· Manage and optimize media budgets across markets, ensuring accurate forecasting and ROI-driven decision-making.
· Stay ahead of evolving media opportunities and drive innovation across channels
Campaign Execution & Optimization
· Oversee day-to-day execution with the media agency and ensure flawless delivery.
· Monitor budget pacing, performance trends, and funnel efficiency to achieve growth targets and reduce CPL.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
· Build clear reporting frameworks to communicate spend, results, insights, and opportunities.
· Analyze performance to identify growth levers and optimization actions.
· Work with analytics and agency partners to interpret Marketing Mix Modeling and attribution outputs and apply insights to guide cross-channel budget decisions
· Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
5+ years in digital media or performance marketing (automotive, tech, or premium experience preferred)
Strong understanding of multi-channel paid media (search, social, video, programmatic) and traditional media (TV, OOH, print, radio)
Proven track record driving CPL (cost per lead), ROAS (return on ad spend), and conversion improvements
Confidence managing agencies and multi-market stakeholders
Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Highly organized and proactive, comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment
