We help our clients with cyber forensics by applying forensic techniques to uncover evidence related to data breaches, malware attacks, fraud and other cyber incidents.

Your role

As our IT System Administrator, you'll be instrumental in maintaining and optimizing Forcyd's technological infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

  • System management: oversee our Microsoft cloud-based environment, ensuring all systems are up-to-date, secure, and running efficiently. This includes managing laptops, updating systems, and maintaining accounts across all platforms.
  • Security and compliance: play a key role in our annual security audits, documenting processes, and supporting our IT security policies. You'll also contribute to SOC II and other certification processes such as ISO27001.
  • User support: as the primary internal contact for IT issues, you'll set up equipment for new colleagues, manage email accounts, and provide hands-on support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Innovation and development: be a sparring partner for innovation, exploring new possibilities within our M365 environment and other technologies. Your role will extend to participating in our R&D organization, contributing to the company's technological advancement.
  • Policy and procedure development: help develop and document IT policies and procedures for both internal and external audit and certification processes.
  • Global support: occasionally, you may support colleagues and reviewers both in the Netherlands and abroad with their use of office automation tools.
Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
  • An MBO+ or HBO degree in IT or related study, work experience in IT is a plus
  • An interest to continuously learn new features and technologies
  • Commitment to help ensuring everyone in the organisation can work smoothly and secure
  • A solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities
