About the Role

We are looking for a motivated
Junior System Administrator
to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will support our Senior System Administrator in maintaining the stability, security, and performance of our internal systems, networks, and hardware.

You'll handle daily operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation while continuously developing your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This position is perfect for someone who's eager to grow into a full System Administrator role within a professional and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management and maintenance of
  Windows and Linux servers and clients
• Assist in
  hardware and software troubleshooting
• Help manage
  software licenses
  ,
  PowerShell scripting
  , and automation workflows
• Contribute to the maintenance and administration of
  MS SQL databases
  and
  Synology NAS clusters
• Ensure smooth IT operations for colleagues working with
  MS Office, Remote Desktop, VPN
  , and other tools
• Support
  Active Directory
  ,
  Hyper-V
  ,
  VMWare
  , and general network maintenance
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners to optimize infrastructure
• Suggest improvements for internal IT processes
• Maintain and administer
  Zabbix monitoring systems

Your Profile

You're technically minded, organized, and enjoy solving challenges. You communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and take initiative when needed.

You bring:

• A service-oriented and solution-driven mindset
• Basic knowledge of
  Windows/Linux Server
  ,
  Windows Client
  , licensing, PowerShell, and automation
• Experience or strong interest in
  MS SQL
  and
  Synology NAS
• Familiarity with
  MS Suite
  ,
  Remote Desktop
  ,
  Cisco VPN
  , and general end-user software
• Understanding of
  Active Directory
  ,
  Hyper-V
  ,
  VMWare
  , and networking (Cisco experience is a plus)
• Experience with financial sector tools (e.g.,
  Bloomberg
  ,
  Refinitiv Eikon
  ) is an advantage
• Knowledge of CI/CD (GitLab pipelines),
  Docker
  , and
  Kubernetes
  is desirable but not required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure
• A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude
• Familiarity with
  Zabbix monitoring
  is a plus
