As an intern, you'll become Blue's trainer, coach, and champion. You'll improve her responses, expand her superpowers, and shape her into the ultimate employee and client hero. Think of yourself as Blue's personal development manager

What you'll do: build Blue into a superstar- Train and coach Blue: improve her responses, expand her knowledge base, and make conversations enjoyable
- Analyze employee interactions and spot improvement opportunities that move the needle
- Create training materials, FAQs, and knowledge bases that actually make sense
- Boost Blue's capabilities from concept to launch - you own the entire journey and drive the vision
- Got brilliant ideas? We're all ears and ready to let you run with them
- Curious by nature: not afraid of making mistakes (yes, we make them too) - you love to learn and grow, just like we do
- Currently studying (or just finished) HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Data Analytics, or something that you think is a fit
- Enrolled in a Dutch university - you need that student status for the internship contract magic
- Genuinely excited about HR tech, AI, and making things work better - plus you actually love working with people (obviously)
- Can write and speak English like a pro - clarity matters here
- Detail-obsessed but big-picture minded: you see the forest AND the trees
- Self-starter with ideas: you don't just execute, you contribute and question
- Plays well with others but can also crush solo work
- Shape your own learning journey - we'll tailor projects to your goals, expertise, and curiosity
