We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our Ride-Hailing operations in Netherlands. As an Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in the daily functions that impact supply growth and compliance.

About the role:


As an Operations Intern, you'll play a key role in keeping our Netherlands marketplace balanced and growing, ensuring thousands of drivers and riders enjoy seamless experiences every day. You'll learn how to scale a fast-paced platform, make data-driven decisions, and execute projects that have a visible impact on Bolt's business.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Own key operational workflows across all of Bolt's business operations in the Netherlands.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., supply health, engagement, activation) to find bottlenecks and propose improvements.
  • Contribute to local growth initiatives that boost driver supply, reliability, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Central Operations, Product, Commerce, and Customer Support to improve tools, processes, and communication.
  • Test and optimize new processes, helping us find smarter, faster ways to operate.
  • Investigate and solve driver issues across email, chat, and in-person interactions, ensuring empathy and speed in every response.

About you:

  • You're a student in Business, Economics, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy finding trends and insights in data.
  • You're curious and proactive, not afraid to challenge how things are done.
  • You communicate clearly (Dutch and English) and enjoy working with people.
  • You're available 4–5 days per week for at least 5–6 months in Amsterdam.
