Sales Operations Intern

As a Sales Operations Intern, you will join the wider Commercial Team and will play a key role in empowering our Commercial organization.

You will support the Sales Operations Manager in standardizing processes, enhancing data visibility, and enabling the Commercial Team to make better, faster, and more informed decisions. On top of that, you will work closely with regional stakeholders, supporting them with analysis, reporting, and operational process improvements that drive commercial excellence

With that, you will help Easee make a significant impact in the world and make energy scalable, affordable and available for as many people as possible.

Your responsibilities:

• Support the setup of the Installer Platform, including the setup of the lead generation flows, create reports & dashboards, analyze challenges and propose improvements with close cooperation with regional stakeholders and Marketing team.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, including customer feedback collection and analysis.
• Support Power BI reporting and help build standardized and actionable dashboards for Sales.
• Assist in Salesforce optimization, including data quality improvements, process streamlining, and supporting the rollout of new features.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on various commercial initiatives and ad-hoc analytical tasks.

Additional:

• We are looking for a curious, analytical, and hands-on intern who enjoys working with data and solving commercial problems. You don't need to be an expert, but you should be eager to learn new tools such as Power BI and Salesforce. This internship offers broad exposure across sales, marketing, and operations - perfect for someone excited to work in a fast-paced environment and gain practical experience in commercial analytics and process optimization.

Availability:

• Available for 6 months starting 
  February 1, 2026
• Available 32–40 hours per week, including at least 2 days in the Amsterdam office

What you need to bring along:

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a Dutch university (e.g., International Business, Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related field). OR recent graduate eligible to complete an internship.
• Strong skills in Excel
   and comfortable working with data is a must

What we consider a PLUS:

• Previous work experience is a plus, but not required
