HR Coordinator

Waldom Electronics is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to help us build an exceptional employee experience

What You'll Do 

HR Administration

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files, ensuring compliance with data protection and labor regulations.
• Draft and update HR documents, including employment agreements, policy updates, and internal communications.
• Manage all HR administrative tasks related to employee absences, ensuring accurate tracking, compliance and timely updates in HR Systems. 
  

Office Coordination 

• Oversee general office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a safe and welcoming work environment.
• Liaise with building management and service providers to address facility-related needs.
• Support health and safety initiatives, including emergency response coordination and compliance with workplace safety standards.

Employee Support 

• Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate information on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  
• Support internal communication efforts by preparing announcements, newsletters, and updates on HR platforms.
• Assist in the coordination and tracking of learning and development initiatives, including monitoring training completion and compliance.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and internal events.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Organize and facilitate onboarding activities such as orientation sessions, IT setup coordination, welcome communications, and first-day logistics to ensure a smooth start for new hires.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR support, coordination or executive assistant role.
• Practical experience with Dutch Labour/Employment law. 
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 
• Proficiency in Dutch language would be a plus. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• A proactive, people-oriented mindset and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, LMS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
