Technical Sales Specialist (d/m/f)Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands – OSRAM Benelux B.V.What we expectTo strengthen our sales force, we are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist (d/m/f) who will be responsible for:Promoting sales of OSRAM aftermarket products in Benelux using a specially equipped car/van (visiting customers branches, presenting and taking orders directly from selected workshops and spare parts stores if necessary)Ensuring the development and maintenance of the customer databaseOrganizing and planning visits in close coordination with customers and sales staffEnsuring adequate product display in the car/vanProviding technical product training to customersMonitoring and analyzing the existing market to pursue sales growth opportunitiesPlanning and preparing participation in product promotional events, demonstrating how products work, and explaining them in detail to professional users. These events may also be organized by partner auto parts distribution companies and will take place at locations in Benelux, both on weekdays and occasionally on weekendsCollaborate with other colleagues in product quality monitoring activities, collecting feedback and processing the data into specific modules, aimed at increasing product qualityWho we are looking forHigh school diploma or equivalent, preferably with experience or education in a technical fieldProven ability to build customer relationshipsKnowledge or experience in the automotive industry preferredAbility to organize and conduct technical training sessions combined with effective presentation skillsExcellent communication and sales skillsExcellent organizational and planning skillsCategory B driving licenseFluency in Dutch and English, French is beneficialams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
