Inhouse Recruiter

Our client is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join their growing team in Amsterdam. The client is an established organisation looking to strengthen their talent acquisition capabilities with an enthusiastic professional eager to develop a career in recruitment.

This hybrid position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work both from the client's Amsterdam office and remotely, providing flexibility whilst maintaining strong team collaboration.

The Junior Recruiter will support the client's hiring efforts across various departments, contributing to the full recruitment cycle whilst developing essential skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and posting job advertisements across relevant platforms and channels.
• Screening CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates
• Conducting initial telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate records within the client's applicant tracking system
• Build and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future vacancies
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements and providing regular updates on recruitment progress
• Support administrative tasks related to the onboarding process
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the client's recruitment processes

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• A minimum of six months of experience in a recruitment, HR, or client-facing environment
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is required
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
• Previous experience in an agency or corporate recruitment environment
• Knowledge of the Dutch labour market and employment regulations

Benefits

€35,000 - €40,000 Annual Base and a competitive benefits package
