Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales & Business Development professional to join our team in The Netherlands. The successful candidate will lead growth efforts by driving new business through our consulting and value-added market activation (VAMA) offerings. You will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the western European market and delivering tangible commercial results.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive sales of services and products.


• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across key industries.


• Build long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor.


• Partner with internal teams to create compelling value propositions.


• Stay abreast of market trends, competition, and clients need to tailor offerings

accordingly.


• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.


• Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and reporting in CRM systems.


• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings in western Europe.

Required Qualifications


• 8–12 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account

management, preferably in the consulting or IT services sector.


• Proven track record of selling both services and products (ideally with a VAR or hybrid

consultancy-model organization).


• Fluency in Dutch and English—spoken and written. (knowledge in additional European

language is a plus)


• Strong understanding of the Dutch market and customer landscape.


• Must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.


• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.


• Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Preferred Skills


• Experience in value-added resale (VAR) and consulting sales models.


• Familiarity with data & AI, cloud, and business solutions.


• Experience in sales in the industrial sector.


• Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate ROI to clients
