What you'll do

As a Senior Associate, you'll play a key role in shaping digital transformations and new business models. From the start, you'll be part of client teams, working closely with senior stakeholders to solve strategic challenges. Your role will combine structuring analyses, designing actionable strategies, and taking hands-on responsibility in implementation. You'll also help launch new digital ventures and scale initiatives with real-world impact.

You'll bring prior experience, but you won't be expected to know everything, as you'll be supported by a strong learning culture and the mentorship of Managers and Partners. This role is designed to stretch your skills and prepare you for greater leadership responsibility.

Requirements
  • 2–5 years of relevant work experience (e.g., finished traineeship)
  • Experience and/or interest in business, operations, start-ups, e-commerce, innovation, IT, AI, or sustainability is a plus
  • Strong academic track record
  • Analytical thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset
  • A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and a passion for making a difference / change
