Here's the Deal:

As our Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing static structures as well as mechanical tools for offshore transportation, handling, and installation. You will be involved in projects from the initial concept design phase to manufacturing and installation, ensuring seamless integration between your drawings and calculations. You have the opportunity to attend our workshop, be involved in the fabrication process, and see your design take shape from the plates and beams you selected.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design Translation:
    Turning your ideas into solid, practical designs.
  • Detailed Calculations:
    Executing detailed calculations and preparing comprehensive reports.
  • Creative Freedom:
    Bringing your ideas to life through sketches and CAD models.

To succeed as our Structural Engineer, you'll need:

  • Educational Background:
    A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, Offshore Engineering, or a related field, with extensive knowledge of steel structures.
  • Experience:
    At least 3 years in a similar role in the offshore wind industry.
  • Technical Expertise:
    In-depth knowledge of Structural Mechanics and FEM software.
  • Creativity and Analysis:
    A result-oriented, creative, and analytically strong mindset.
  • Passion and Insight:
    A quick learner with strong technical insight and a passion for engineering.
  • Responsibility:
    A strong sense of responsibility to get the job done.
  • Residency:
    Living in the Nederland.
  • Software
    : Knowing software like RFEM and Inventor is a great plus.
