What will you be doing? As a Trade Service Desk employee, you are the first point of contact for customers and local banks. You will assist them by phone and email with various questions and requests. You will support them in submitting orders via the online form and the E-trade transaction portal. You will also play an active role in improving processes and customer experience. Some of your responsibilities: Independently handle service requests and advisory questions from customers, local banks, and Financial Logistics. Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the optimization of working methods. Understand the underlying question and respond to it. Maintain boundaries in service provision and communicate clearly about this. Collaborate with a close-knit team of approximately 10 colleagues.

What do you bring to the table? We are looking for a colleague who thrives in a dynamic environment, with a healthy dose of customer awareness and commercial acumen. You are a true spider in the web, attentive to customer needs, and able to translate these into appropriate solutions.

You have:

  1. A higher professional education (HBO) diploma or equivalent working and thinking level.
  2. Experience with telephone and administrative tasks.
  3. Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  4. Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable.
  5. Ability to handle changing circumstances effectively.
  6. Demonstrable experience with telephone contact (must)
  7. Experience in the sector/Rabobank is a plus.
