HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Reporting to the Head of Security, Health & Safety, you will be instrumental in driving the implementation of Richemont's HSE strategy and management system across the Benelux and Nordics markets (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, and Sweden). Your role is critical in ensuring our business operations fully comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert support and advice to boutiques and sites on all health, safety, and environment-related matters.
• Ensure consistent application of Richemont Group HSE standards across the region.
• Conduct thorough risk identification and assessment processes.
• Define and assist in the implementation of effective prevention and mitigation measures to address identified risks.
• Contribute to the development and execution of accident prevention and environmental protection programs.
• Actively participate in the analysis of work accidents, identifying root causes and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions.
• Create, manage, and update safety and environmental key performance indicators (KPIs) using corporate tools.
• Participate in the organization and execution of internal and external HSE audits.
• Ensure the proper monitoring and maintenance of safety equipment and other regulatory controls.
• Assist in regulatory monitoring across the entire scope of the Benelux and Nordics
• Establish and implement action plans to ensure full compliance with all applicable HSE legislation.
• Develop and deliver engaging Health & Safety awareness programs and training sessions.
• Participate in the development, maintenance, and updating of HSE documents and processes.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• Ability to inspire and motivate others on HSE topics, fostering a strong safety culture.
• Effectively influence stakeholders to adopt safe work practices and embrace a safety-first mindset.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly and effectively convey HSE information to all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrate the ability to identify and analyze HSE issues, developing and implementing effective solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common HSE goals.
• Fluent (spoken and written) in English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus especially Dutch.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in occupational health and safety, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in an HSE role, ideally within a multi-location retail environment.
• In-depth knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental legislation in the Benelux and Nordic countries (BE, LU, NL, DK, SE) and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining HSE and/or environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO
• Health & Safety professional certifications (e.g., MVK, HVK) are a must. Relevant environmental certifications are a plus.
