Your role: Join the DACH Business Development team

During this internship, you will support our Business Development team in executing our international growth strategy. You will work with young, international colleagues on growing the DACH market. We give you real responsibility and encourage you to take ownership. If you already have some experience or learn quickly, your scope can expand significantly during the internship.

The ideal candidate can gradually build their own client portfolio, in other words, grow into a fully fledged Business Development Manager. You will also be able to conduct research and complete your internship report; we have extensive experience supporting interns.

What you will do

  • Identify potential customers in the DACH region using advanced prospecting tools
  • Reach out to industry experts
  • Support daily operations
  • Deliver live online product demos to new customers
  • Conduct direct sales conversations (optional)

What we are looking for

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program
  • Fluent in German (a CEE language such as Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Bulgarian, or Serbian is a strong plus)
  • Background in business, economics, or a commercial field
  • Proactive and confident on the phone
  • Prior experience in sales, customer success, or recruiting is a plus
  • Available for at least 5 months
