What You'll Do

Business Development & Sales | Client Side

  • Research and identify new leads (HR, team leads, office managers, event planners)
  • Support sales outreach through email, LinkedIn, and calls
  • Help prepare proposals and tailor team-building recommendations
  • Assist with client follow-ups and relationship-building

Vendors & Experiences

  • Scout unique vendors offering workshops and team activities
  • Help onboard new vendors and support them in creating listings
  • Co-create new
    team-building packages

across the Netherlands

Support

  • Communicate with clients and vendors via email and calls
  • Help guide both through onboarding and bookings
  • Assist with platform-related questions

Who You Are

  • A student or recent graduate (business, communications, event/hospitality, HR, etc.)
  • Fluent in
    English & Dutch
  • Proactive, organized, energetic, and not afraid to jump in
  • Based in or near
    Amsterdam
