What You'll Do
Business Development & Sales | Client Side
- Research and identify new leads (HR, team leads, office managers, event planners)
- Support sales outreach through email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Help prepare proposals and tailor team-building recommendations
- Assist with client follow-ups and relationship-building
Vendors & Experiences
- Scout unique vendors offering workshops and team activities
- Help onboard new vendors and support them in creating listings
- Co-create new
team-building packages
across the Netherlands
Support
- Communicate with clients and vendors via email and calls
- Help guide both through onboarding and bookings
- Assist with platform-related questions
Who You Are
- A student or recent graduate (business, communications, event/hospitality, HR, etc.)
- Fluent in
English & Dutch - Proactive, organized, energetic, and not afraid to jump in
- Based in or near
Amsterdam
(we meet in person 1x/week)
