Associate Account Manager
who's ready to learn fast and grow into a customer-facing role. You won't be thrown into the deep; we'll guide you through our way of working, our tech culture, and our customer landscape. You'll shadow experienced account managers, get hands-on with internal processes, and build confidence and skills to eventually own and expand your own portfolio.
What You Will Be Working On
- Start by shadowing experienced account managers and learning our way of working.
- Support customer teams with coordination, reporting, and follow-up.
- Dive into our delivery processes, tools, and tech culture.
- Gradually take ownership of internal tasks and client interactions.
- Grow into managing your own customer portfolio with confidence.
What You Bring
- A natural communicator who's curious, organized, and eager to learn.
- You love tech, even though you're not a developer.
- You're ready to grow into a full Account Manager role — and beyond.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English. Levi9 primarily serves the Dutch market, but English is our main language of communication.
- Experience sweet spot: typically, 3-5 years in a commercial role within a b2b environment and..... bonus points if you've worked in or around a professional services environment before
