You recognize yourself in the following

  • You have over 6 years work experience as a C# developer and get bonus points if you have experience with PHP and/or front-end technology such as React or Javascript.
  • You have leadership experience and strong people management skills
  • You have experience with giving feedback, motivating and coaching developers with their technical and soft skills..
  • You are able to balance architectural and business value and can actively promote reducing technical debt while delivering value.
  • Scrum/Agile comes naturally to you.
  • You have experience with different types of data stores such as Oracle, or AWS.
  • You have worked in teams with different nationalities.
