Team Lead Planning

As Team Lead Planning you'll play a key role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll lead a dedicated planning team focused on maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet sales demand, whilst balancing service excellence with cost efficiency. Your responsibilities include coordinating the timely and cost-effective delivery of products and feedstocks from Wilmar Singapore and developing master production schedules for both our in-house and tolling production sites. This role manages a team of three and reports to the Supply Chain Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end planning process, including inbound supply plan for imported products and master production schedule for our production and tolling sites
• Lead, facilitate, develop, motivate and appraise the planning team and setting SMART team and individual goals
• Manage own portfolio
• Manage the allocation process and escalate demand issues
• Continuously develop and improve planning related processes and systems
• Be the Business Process Owner for planning
• Ensure inventory levels (DQO), product availability (OTIF) and other planning related KPI's are met
• Ensure cross-functional alignment with all internal disciplines and stakeholders to further develop and improve cooperation and business results
• Respect and contribute to the Supply Chain Blueprint

We Are Looking For a Candidate With

• Bachelor's/master's degree in the field of Supply Chain, Logistics Management or similar.
• A minimum of 5 years working experience in Planning, Supply Chain of which 2 years in a supervisory position
• Speaking/reading/writing fluent English and at least one other European language, Dutch is highly advantageous
• Profound knowledge of SCM processes such as planning, inventory management, logistics, APICS is an asset
• Experience of working with international companies engaged in export-import, trading activities and production/manufacturing
• Excellent ERP (SAP is preferred)/advanced planning tools (Anaplan is preferred) knowledge
• Proven track record with process improvements in an international environment
• Knowledge of specific contract terms for Oleochemicals (FOSFA & NOFOTA) is preferred
