Join our forward-thinking People Technology & Analytics team as a People Technology Partner In this role, you'll be at the heart of innovation, leveraging your expertise in Workday Security and Integrations while helping us implement cutting-edge Agentic AI solutions.

About the role

You will act as a senior advisor for Workday Security & Integrations, handle HCM queries, and contribute to agentic workflows and AI-native experiences. Your role includes leading projects, translating business needs into effective People Technology solutions, and maintaining data integrity, security, and integrations across HR, Payroll, Finance, and related areas. You will shape standards and processes and help improve our employee data ecosystem.

Some examples of your tasks:

Integration

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and third-party systems
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to gather requirements
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration performance
• Document integration processes and provide user training

Security

• Configure and maintain security roles and policies across Workday modules
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
• Support Workday releases and assess impact on security configurations
• Educate stakeholders on security best practices

Who you are

• Solid experience with Workday (required), especially Security & Integrations
• Strong communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to confidentiality
• It´s meritorious if you have Workday certifications, exposure to LLMs/Agentic AI and automation in HR contexts

The employment

Full-time, start according to agreement. Location either Poland or Netherlands, with opportunities to work hybrid.
