About the Role
This is a 3-month onsite contract assignment ( extendable ) at a global leader in cybersecurity innovation. Contractors in this position will be engaged through our trusted staffing partners and not directly employed by the client.****we're seeking a Service Desk Support Specialist to join its IT Services team. This position is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented professional eager to work in a dynamic, high-performing international environment. The role involves providing exceptional IT support to end-users, ensuring operational efficiency and seamless technology experiences.
Your Impact
As part of the IT Desktop Support Team, you will act as a key technical resource, leveraging your multitasking abilities and strong problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive IT support covering user account setup, system maintenance, software patching, antivirus management, and system imaging.
- Provide break/fix support for PC and Mac systems, video conferencing equipment, printers, phone systems, and other IT hardware.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets effectively using the IT ticketing platform.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Support mobile users on both iOS and Android platforms.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with all users, including executive staff.****Your Experience & Skills
Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on IT support experience in fast-paced environments.
- Strong service-oriented mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Technical expertise with Windows 11, macOS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Active Directory.
- Solid understanding of system imaging, VPN configuration, and networking x).
- Proven experience with PC and Apple hardware and mobile device management (iOS/Android).
- Skilled in using remote access tools such as Microsoft Remote Desktop and Zoom.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini) for troubleshooting, automation, and process improvement.****Equal Opportunity Statement
