We're on the search for a highly driven Sales Executive to join our Amsterdam Head Office and lead commercial growth across the Benelux region.
With over 18 years of experience in the global payments and point-of-sale (POS) industry, Firemane partners with leading manufacturers and clients across more than 40 countries.
This role is ideal for a commercially sharp, multilingual professional who thrives in fast-paced, cross-border environments and is comfortable navigating complex product offerings in both payment hardware and software.
As our Sales Executive – Benelux, you will:
- Build and manage strong B2B relationships across the Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg
- Identify and close commercial opportunities, with a focus on POS hardware, resale, and distribution
- Work closely with sales, logistics and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
- Travel regularly for in-person client meetings, industry events, and partner visits - with a strong focus on relationship building and account development
- Represent Firemane with pride, professionalism and a solutions-driven mindset
We're looking for someone who not only excels in sales but also understands the dynamics of the payments space and can translate technical products into real commercial value.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience in the payments industry, especially POS hardware and payment solutions
- The ability to quickly grasp technical products and communicate their value clearly
- Proven track record in B2B sales (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Business-level fluency in English, Dutch, and French
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in a multilingual business setting
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as required, across the Benelux region
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team
