Job Responsibilities:

As an HRBP, you will work with the business teams in the Amsterdam warehouse and the Northern Region, deeply involved in frontline operations, and driving the integration of HR strategy with business objectives. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining close communication with business leaders to understand business development goals, providing HR support and solutions tailored to business needs, proactively identifying and resolving organizational and personnel management issues, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and processes.

  • Managing warehouse outsourced and external workforce, including the introduction of temporary workers, compliance control, and contract management. Supervising temporary worker scheduling, hourly rate recording, and reconciliation to ensure reasonable HR allocation and cost control.

  • Organizing and promoting performance management processes, focusing on frontline employee development, establishing career paths and promotion channels, and promoting internal talent pipeline development.

  • Providing on-site support for daily warehouse operations, gaining a deep understanding of employee needs, and promptly addressing employee relations issues.

  • Leading or participating in cross-departmental projects to improve HR processes and management efficiency, and continuously optimizing HR policies and operational procedures based on business feedback.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates with a degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of HRBP experience, with preference given to candidates familiar with HR management in warehousing/logistics/manufacturing.

  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent communication and cross-cultural skills.

  • Able to deeply understand business operations and provide practical HR solutions.

  • Possesses self-sustaining capabilities, able to independently drive problem-solving and project execution.

  • Highly proactive, able to balance short-term and long-term goals in complex environments.
