Learning Officer
Fulltime | Standplaats in overleg, ongeveer 1 a 2 keer per week in Eindhoven)
Vind jij het leuk om niet alleen te organiseren, maar ook te verbeteren? Om te zorgen dat opleidingen vlekkeloos verlopen én elk jaar een stap professioneler worden? Dan is dit jouw kans om verschil te maken.
In deze rol combineer je het coördineren van opleidingen met het verbeteren van processen, systemen en rapportages. Je bent scherp op kwaliteit, ziet waar het slimmer kan en zet verbeteringen in gang. Zo zorg je dat onze medewerkers niet alleen leren, maar dat het hele leerproces steeds sterker wordt.
Jouw rol:
Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor deelnemers, leidinggevenden en leveranciers. Je zorgt dat inschrijvingen soepel verlopen, dat locaties en materialen geregeld zijn, en dat opleidingsdossiers up-to-date blijven. Daarnaast analyseer je opleidingsdata, signaleer je trends en help je mee bij verbeteringen in processen en kwaliteit van onze leveranciers. Zo draag je concreet bij aan het professionaliseren van onze opleidingsorganisatie.
Wat ga je doen?
- Coördineren van inschrijvingen, bevestigingen en aanwezigheid;
- Signaleren van kansen om het opleidingsproces slimmer, efficiënter en consistenter te maken;
- Meewerken aan kwaliteitsverbeteringen in leeractiviteiten, systemen en leveranciersafspraken;
- Monitoren van voortgang, analyseren van trends en omzetten in concrete verbeteracties;
- Opstellen van rapportages en KPI-overzichten die écht inzicht geven;
- Actueel houden en optimaliseren van opleidingsinformatie in LMS en intranet;
- Ondersteunen bij subsidieaanvragen en verbeteren van de projectadministratie;
- Zorgen dat inschrijvingen, locaties en materialen vlekkeloos geregeld zijn;
- Beantwoorden van vragen van deelnemers, leidinggevenden en leveranciers.
Wat breng je mee?
- Bachelor werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in HRM, Office Management, Bedrijfskunde of Onderwijskunde;
- Ervaring met opleidings- of HR-processen is een pre;
- Ervaring met een LMS of andere digitale systemen is een pre;
- Organisatorisch sterk, nauwkeurig en analytisch;
- Communicatief vaardig in woord en geschrift;
- Affiniteit met leren & ontwikkelen en digitale leeromgevingen;
- Proactief in het signaleren van verbeterkansen.
