The Senior Process Design Analyst is part of a finance operations team and within that team responsible to identify, design and drive operational process & process innovations. This requires taking end to end ownership, working with different departments & vendors and gaining commitment from people to support the process.
The Senior Process Design Analyst will be the key Point of Contact for third party vendors to create.  The Senior Process Design Analyst will maintain a sustainable tax dispute process & automate existing tax certificates process, streamline other tax operations related activities & communications between different internal & external teams. 
The Senior Process Design Analyst will work with 3rd party on data extraction/import activity, validating & enriching the data from different sources. The Senior Process Design Analyst will also support tax data reporting/dashboards creations initiatives under Tax program scope.

The Senior Process Design Analyst is part of a finance operations team and within that team responsible to identify, design and drive operational process & process innovations. This requires taking end to end ownership, working with different departments & vendors and gaining commitment from people to support your process.
The Senior Process Design Analyst will support the design of the new operational business subprocesses as part of Large Horizontal Programs related to Tax & New revenue models from Order to Cash side. This role is foundational to help elevate our Tax and Compliance Technology and Operations at Company level.

Responsibilities:

Identify, design, initiate, and drive innovations on Tax & Order to Cash operations processes 

Work with product teams to design and embed their product into existing scalable operations while understanding how this impacts other departments, SOx & compliance 

Align product roadmaps with our own internal priorities 

Collaborate with other teams to create awareness on Tax compliance & operations  and Order to Cash operating processes within the company

Remain up-to-date on industry information, tax & other regulations, new products, enhancements, system changes and compliance issues. Relay this information back to the team on an "as needed" basis. 

Support respective Manager in achieving departmental goals, quality controls and strategy

Skills & Experience required:

5+ year experience in specialist area

Bachelor degree in Tax, Finance, Economics or related field

Proven experience in process management or project management 

Knowledge of tax withholding processes, tax regulations landscape is preferred 

Agile and entrepreneur mindset, motivated individual 

Ownership and drive of continuous process improvements with focus 

on automation and scale 

Mapping process flows and identify improvement opportunities 

Ability to make independent decisions and set priorities 

Strong Networking and ability to influence others 

Organizational change management skills 

Excellent teamwork skills 

Proficient in both spoken and written English.
