Senior Process & Business Analyst

Amsterdam (Hybrid)

Freelance (ZZP only)

Rate: Up to €100/hour

For our client we are looking for an experienced Senior Process & Business Analyst to lead a dedicated workstream within a large cross-functional programme. Your mission: design and optimise future business processes and data lineage across Accommodation, Fintech, and Finance, ensuring clear ownership and robust risk controls.

Your main focus and responsibility will be:

  • Own and deliver a critical workstream within a strategic programme.
  • Map and document end-to-end future business processes and data flows.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and drive scalable, streamlined solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define roles, responsibilities, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Apply change management principles to ensure smooth adoption.

What our client is looking for:

  • Proven track record in end-to-end project delivery and process optimisation.
  • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and BPM methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, and JIRA.
