Intern Marketing & Innovation
. You will support us in building relevant product propositions that exceed the business expectations. you will create data driven insights that shape the development of commercially viable products from concept to launched product.

What We Ask

• Available for a duration of minimum 6 months.
• Passion for Innovation management and/or B2B marketing
• Basic skills in project and business management. Experience in a business environment is a preference.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with an eye for detail in execution.
• Independent self-starter who works autonomously but also as part of multidisciplinary teams.
• Affinity with coffee and/or dairy is a preference.

You will be part of an exclusive team within Royal Friesland Campina, which develops and markets solutions for our customers to make excellent drinks for end-customers.

You will be able to assist in defining market and customer needs in a complex and challenging environment. As part of the systems team, you will gain a lot of knowledge on B2B marketing, shaping breakthrough innovations, project management and commercial processes, setups & structures. Furthermore, you will have a strong connection with the Development & Technology department, giving your more insights in the technical perspective. As well as the Commercial department, gaining learnings from the field.

The team is open and collaborative and has a strong ambition and drive. You're encouraged to share your thoughts, think critically, and contribute as an equal member of the team. You will be exposed to different cultures and contexts and will be able to help build and grow the team and organization as such. As you will be reporting to the Product Owner of Lattiz, you will be able to learn a lot on this part of marketing.

This exclusive team within FrieslandCampina Professional is responsible for all system solutions concepts and propositions a.o Lattiz, the project management of the introduction of innovations and for driving the international expansion of our FC-professional systems business by unlocking new opportunities, new channels and new partnerships.
