In this role
you will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from intake and design to development and implementation. You will translate business needs into effective learning programs, manage internal and external development teams, and coordinate resources to ensure high-quality delivery. In addition, you proactively identify opportunities to innovate and optimize learning processes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Lead (international) learning and development projects from start to finish;
• Translate business goals into effective and engaging learning solutions;
• Manage development teams and coordinate internal and external resources;
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across global regions;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation;
• Report on progress, risks, and project impact.

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (HBO level) or higher;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading international projects;
• Background in Learning & Development and/or instructional design;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Familiarity with Lean and Agile ways of working;
• Excellent command of English; Dutch is an advantage.

This is a temporary position for 36 hours per week, starting as soon as possible until the end of October, 2026. You will work in a hybrid set-up. The role offers a competitive salary up to €6,500 gross per month, based on a full-time schedule.
