We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at 
Flâneur

, located in Amsterdam. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional shopping experience, embody the brand's values, and assist clients with personalized styling and product recommendations. This position is available on a part-time basis, offering flexibility within a dynamic luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by providing tailored styling advice and expert product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer loyalty.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our collections and brand story to enhance the client experience.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the shop-in-shop remains beautifully presented at all times.
  • Support inventory management, including stock organization and replenishment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of client service.
  • Contribute to in-store events and VIP client experiences to strengthen brand engagement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service.
  • Strong fashion sense and styling expertise.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Passion for the brand and a deep understanding of luxury fashion.
