IT Delivery Manager – Solution Delivery Customer Support & Sales

Introduction

Are you a proactive and hands-on IT professional? We're looking for a Junior IT Delivery Manager to help strengthen and optimize our IT operational processes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about driving service quality and operational excellence.

As part of the Solution Delivery organization, you'll help deliver and support new IT functionalities that enhance business operations. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing service delivery from our strategic partners and ensuring stability within our IT production environment. You will collaborate closely with senior Delivery Managers and Agile Release Train (ART) teams across the department.

Role and Responsibilities

In this position, you'll be at the center of IT operations—supporting, improving, and ensuring the continuity of critical business services. You'll work with business stakeholders, service coordinators, and IT managers to maintain high service standards and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support and monitor ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management
  • Safeguard the quality and consistency of operational processes
  • Analyze incident trends to identify and implement process improvements
  • Participate in key-user meetings, project alignment sessions, and sprint reviews
  • Collaborate with Service Coordinators and Managers to ensure operational stability and business continuity
  • Take ownership of assigned action items and ensure timely completion
  • Conduct quality checks for releases and service transitions
  • Work closely with IT suppliers and internal teams to implement and monitor service improvements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar); a Master's degree is a plus
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a complex IT environment
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles (ITIL certification preferred)
  • Experience working in an international and multi-vendor IT landscape is an advantage
  • Familiarity with software development processes and tools
