Introduction

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, self-starting IT Organizational Change Manager with strong hands-on experience in change management, particularly working closely with senior stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven consultant with deep IT expertise who is ready to take on a role focused on business transformation. Acting as a crucial link between IT leadership and agile teams, you will help shape how the organization operates and evolves.

Job Mission

As the IT Organizational Change Manager, you will be responsible for driving organizational change by enhancing partnerships between IT and the business, leveraging strategic partners, improving our operating model, and fostering a culture of continuous development within teams. A key part of your role will be capturing best practices, developing innovative solutions to improve ways of working, and ensuring their successful adoption across departments. This role supports our vision of creating an engaging and rewarding workplace.

Role and Responsibilities

To fulfill this mission, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strengthening the partnership between Business and IT by establishing an integrated Business-IT governance structure.
  • Developing people by shaping culture, behaviors, knowledge, and competencies to position IT & Data as a high-performing sector.
  • Enhancing sourcing strategies and leveraging strategic partners by building strong relationships with suppliers to maximize innovation and future upgrades. Experience managing supplier contracts is a plus.
  • Improving the Operating Model by deepening business connections and driving more efficient IT & Data delivery and operations.
  • Investing time to understand team challenges and successes to encourage cross-learning and continuous improvement.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, supplemented with relevant courses.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience initiating and leading change programs, particularly in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in setting up natural teams and processes within matrix organizations.
  • Experience in project portfolio or program management.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and implement the SAFe way of working in an agile environment.
  • Experience in high-tech industries is a plus.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels without formal authority.
  • Expertise in change management and integrating new ways of working into existing business processes.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong customer focus.

Context of the Position

This role reports to IT Line Managers within IT Operations Solution Delivery and supports cross-departmental change initiatives. Key stakeholders include competency leads, solution delivery managers, and program managers across different IT segments.
