For our organisation we are looking for an enthousiastic HR Admin Support to join our team for four days a week during maternity leave for +/- 6 months. Starting from February or March 2026.

How would you fit in?
As our HR Admin Support, you play a key role in ensuring all important HR processes run smoothly every day. You will report into and work closely with the HR Manager.
Daily you will be responsible for managing personnel files, supporting recruitment and selection, overseeing onboarding and offboarding, and handling leave and sick leave administration.
You will have an important role in the performance management process by:
· Supporting the performance appraisal process, monitoring the completeness the goal templates, gathering relevant data to prepare goal setting & ranking sessions. Planning of the sessions & Support during session.
Support with Training and Development:
· Data gathering to support the identification of training needs, planning, monitoring achievements & results.
· Monitor & ensure all development plans are completed, captured properly & follow up.
What will you bring
· MBO4/HBO level, preferable HRM
· At least 1 year of experience in comparable roles;
· Fluent in Dutch & English;
· Highly detail oriented;
· Experience in data systems & reporting.
· Ability to work together with a variety of external stakeholders at all levels.
· A customer-centric focus
· A results-oriented
· Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
